1. General Policy
At Shri Vyas Herbals and Ayurveda, we take pride in providing high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer.
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective/damaged on arrival).
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or wrong product).
5. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be required to ship the product back to us for inspection.
If the return is due to our error, we will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may initiate a return as per this policy.
